What a fantastic initiative this is, heavily impressed! Kudos to the farmer and her ladies. Have now tasted 3 different milk "samples": all top! Been a summer farmhand myself for 10 years on mixed farm (100) (Drente), old times and tastes revived. Will there also be buttermilk?
Thanks for your message with compliments! We will only continue to make milk because our system is so fast that further processing into other products is not possible. There are also many brands of buttermilk that are really tasty and good, we would not be able to make the difference in that that we do with milk 😉

Hi James, thanks for your compliment! We have indeed considered that and the shelf life gets even better with it, but the environmental impact is lower from PET bottles and we thought that was also important....
