Such a special way to let you see where your milk is coming from. Really nice! But mostly important the flavour of this milk is incredibly delicious and so tasty. It is way better than all the commercial milk’s brand from the supermarket.

We were just dissapointed that it’s not organic, homogised and sold at two supermarkets that are not really known for their positive impact on the food industry. Therefor it’s feels a little like marketing/green-washing.
Again I would like to be proven wrong, but the fact that the cow is tracable doesn’t automatically mean that everything is good?
ElkeMelk is a brand form my farm, de Hazendonkhoeve. It is made on our farm in a way that is almost arganic but nog in every aspect. ElkeMelk is nog homogenised which you can see because of the cream on top of the bottle that is transparant for that reason. It is the only milk in the world that is specifically from 1 cow, pasteurised and bottled within 10 minutes after milking, the shortest way in the world. We sell only at AH at the moment, for the only reason that other markets don’t have enough intereset yet.We have nothing to gain by greenwashing, we just tell what we do and everybody who want may buy sell or resel our milk.
Heel bijzonder. Verrassend. Totaal anders dan wat je kent als melk.
Ik probeer onder woorden te brengen waar het naar smaakt maar het lukt me niet.
